Won Once, Invoiced Once.
Deal to Invoice exists because every closed deal gets typed in twice: once in HubSpot, and again as an invoice.
A deal in HubSpot already holds what an invoice needs: the customer, the products, the prices and the day it was won. Yet in many firms someone in finance opens the accounting package and types it all in again.
HubSpot’s own accounting apps pull invoices one way, into HubSpot. We build the other way round: the won deal becomes the invoice, and the payment status comes back to the deal, so sales knows who has paid before they ring.
We’re setting up our first 10 firms by hand, starting with Exact Online, then Xero and QuickBooks. If that’s you, you’ll be talking to Tim.

Tim leads Deal to Invoice and sets up each of the first 10 firms himself, from connecting HubSpot to the first invoice going out.
The deal is the source
Customer, products and prices come from HubSpot, so nobody types them twice.
Finance stays in control
Draft or final is your choice, and every invoice shows in the sync log.
